This may be controversial but…. Most bread at This may be controversial but…. 

Most bread at the store is not real bread. These breads are often filled with highly processed seed oils, GMOs, and artificial ingredients that are harmful to our health. 

Bread made right in your own kitchen is the best bread you can get. Especially made with simple ingredients like flour, starter/yeast, oil, honey, water, and salt. 

Nothing compares to the satisfaction and taste of biting into a slice of fresh-out-of-the-oven bread with melted butter and jam, while saving money at the same time! Who agrees with me?! 

If you want to make bread even more nutritious, you can make your own flour by milling grains, swapping seed oils for butter or avocado oil, and replace the sugar for honey or maple syrup or skip the sugar all together! 

Unfortunately, it’s not just the bread. It is A LOT of other foods at the store that are filled with absolute junk.. And I know how intimidating it can feel not knowing where to start.
