Maple Syrup: Maple syrup is an unrefined, natural sugar that is loaded with minerals and antioxidants. Plus, it tastes delicious! If you don’t have maple syrup on hand, feel free to substitute with honey.
Milk: I prefer to use raw milk or whole milk, but you can use any milk you’d like!
Vanilla Extract: A dash of vanilla adds an extra pop of flavor to this hot chocolate recipe.

How to Make Healthy Hot Chocolate
