All-Purpose Citrus Cleaner

This non-toxic citrus cleaner is easy to make, super effective, and contains no harmful ingredients!

Ingredients  

  • white distilled vinegar
  • citrus peels

Instructions 

  1. Fill a clean container or jar with your citrus peels (I like to use a ½ gallon mason jar). You can combine different types of citrus peels or just stick to one.
  2. Pour white distilled vinegar over the citrus peels into the jar, ensuring that they are fully submerged.
  3. Seal the jar and give it a good shake to mix ingredients well.
  4. Place the jar in a cool, dark place and let it infuse for 2 weeks or more. The longer you allow the mixture to infuse, the stronger the solution will be!
  5. Strain the vinegar to remove the peels and transfer into a clean jar for storage.
  6. When you’re ready to use your all-purpose citrus cleaner, add the infused vinegar into a 16 ounce spray bottle, filling it just half way, and filling the rest of the bottle with distilled water.
