Cottage Cheese Protein Flatbread

My cottage cheese protein flatbread recipe is easy to make, super versatile, and is packed with protein.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning or seasoning of choice
  • 4 tbsp flour (can use any flour of choice) optional
  • 1 tsp baking soda (in addition to flour) optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian herb seasoning. This is where you would also add the flour and baking soda, if using. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden.
  4. Once finished, let it cool slightly and enjoy! Use for wraps, sandwiches, pizza, and more.

Notes

Store your protein flatbread in the fridge for up to 5 days, or 3 months in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer.
