High-Protein Chicken Crust Pizza

This high-protein, low-carb chicken crust pizza is packed with flavor, super easy to make, and will satisfy your pizza cravings. You'd never guess it was made from chicken, eggs, and cheese!

Ingredients  

For the Crust

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Optional Pizza Toppings

  • Pizza sauce (or marinara)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Ground sausage
  • Ground beef
  • Shredded chicken
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Chopped bell peppers
  • Sliced red onion
  • Olives
  • Fresh basil
  • Arugala
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line 2 baking sheets or pizza pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, Parmesan, eggs, and seasonings until fully combined.
  3. Divide mixture in half and press into two thin, round pizza shapes on the prepared pans.
  4. Bake crusts for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked and lightly golden. Remove from oven, add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  5. Return to oven and broil for 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or skillet to keep the crust crispy. You can also prep the pizza crusts ahead of time and freeze. Store baked chicken pizza crust in the freezer for up to 3 months.
