Protein Cookie Recipe

Ingredients  

  • 2 1/2 cups Sprouted Oats I like OneDegree brand, but rolled oats work fine too
  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup flour I use sprouted wheat flour
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp nut butter peanut, cashew, almond
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon I love Ceylon cinnamon the most
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mash bananas then add honey, nut butter, Ceylon cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix.
  3. Next add in oats, protein powder, flour, and any other ingredients you’d like. We chose chocolate chips, but you can add raisins, pecans, cranberries, coconut flakes, etc.
  4. Place onto cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown on the edges.
  5. Let them cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
