Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Once the skillet is hot, reduce heat to medium-low and pour the pancake batter onto the skillet. Using about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles start forming on the top surface.
Carefully flip the pancakes using a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the pancakes are cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
Remove the pancakes from the skillet and stack them on a plate.
Top your pancakes with butter, fresh berries, maple syrup or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
